Pamela began performing at the age of 2 when her mother put her on a stage wearing a tutu and ballet shoes. The rest, as they say, is history.
Pamela began playing piano at 6 and violin at 9 and then after high school began auditioning and performing professionally around the country. Singing came much later when she auditioned for a college musical and the director cast her as the lead and said "Wow... you can sing!" Her reaction... "I can?" It was then she fell in love with singing and musical theatre. Pamela has been performing for over 20 years as an actress, singer and dancer. Pamela has worked for companies not limited to: Actor's Theatre of Houston, Busch Gardens-Tampa, The Jaeb Theatre in Florida, Stage One in Kansas, Imagination Stage in Maryland, Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals and in 1999 performed in the Broadway Production of The Wizard Of Oz at Madison Square Gardens with Mickey Rooney.
Pamela earned a degree in Music Education, double majoring in Vocal and Instrumental Music. She also earned a minor in Theatre Arts. She has performed with various jazz, salsa and wedding bands across the country and has maintained her love and passion for Musical Theatre. As a mother of 3, Pamela has managed to continue performing around the Houston area which she now calls home. She can be seen consistently with Paraiso Latino and stays busy singing for weddings and private parties.
Some of Pamela's biggest influences are Diana Krall, Harry Connick Jr., Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Bette Midler,Pat Benetar, Michael Buble', Liza Minelli, Kristin Chenowith, Josh Groban, Linda Ronstadt, Edy Gormet, Eva Cassidy, Billie Holliday and many more.
